Refund Policy

We provide high-quality services that are specifically tailored to the needs of businesses. To ensure a transparent understanding of our policies, we kindly ask you to read the following cancellation and refund conditions carefully.

1. Scope and Exclusion of Withdrawal Rights

Our services are aimed exclusively at entrepreneurs and professional users under UK law. The offers of REGIS DATASEC LTD are not directed at "consumers" within the meaning of the applicable UK consumer protection legislation (in particular the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). Statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights for consumers therefore do not apply.

2. Consent to Commencement of Services

By placing an order, customers confirm that they are acting as businesses and expressly agree that the provision of services may commence immediately. Once the service has started or been completed, cancellation or refund is generally excluded.

3. Non-cancellable Services

For the following services, there is no entitlement to cancellation or refund once performance has begun or the service has been provided:

  • Fully performed services – Once the service has been fully rendered, cancellation is excluded.
  • Digital content – After access to or download of digital products, no refund is possible.
  • Individually tailored services – For bespoke services, cancellation is no longer possible once production has begun.

4. Cancellation and Refund Requests

In exceptional cases, a cancellation may be reviewed if:

  • The request is submitted in writing within three (3) days of conclusion of the contract; and
  • The decision on cancellation is made at the company's discretion, taking into account services already rendered; and
  • If approved, a processing fee of up to 50% of the agreed price may be charged.

5. Processing Time for Refunds

If a refund is approved, payment will be made within 14 working days after completion of the review. Requests are processed in the order in which they are received.

6. Procedure for Cancellation Requests

To ensure proper handling, all cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by e-mail to service@biz-lookup.com. Please note that telephone requests cannot be considered.

7. Supplementary Provisions

For services which, within a short period after conclusion of the contract, have not yet been fully performed and for which the customer submits a written review request within three (3) days of conclusion of the contract, a decision may be made on a case-by-case basis. This applies exclusively to cases where it can be demonstrated that the main service has not yet begun. Any decision in favour of the customer is at the sole discretion of the Service Provider.

8. Termination of the Contract

If you wish to terminate your contract, please log into your account. Click on "Account" in the top right-hand corner and then on "Invoices". You can confirm termination via the "Cancel Contract" button.

This cancellation and refund policy is governed by the law of the United Kingdom, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). By using our services, you acknowledge these conditions as binding.
